How to Use This Section

How The Section is Structured
The book is divided into three parts:

Part 2 looks at the emotional impact of your past - including shame, self-criticism, and coping behaviours.

Part 3 focuses on sustainable, effective change for your present and future - including how to give yourself permission, rebuild self-trust, face failure, and develop resilience.
You can begin anywhere - there's gold to be found wherever you dig - but many people find it helpful to start at the beginning and move through gently.
